The use of four submerged arches, rollers of different capacity, pre and post heating systems, execution according to WPS/PQR dedicated on projects, welding materials conforming to required standards: these are the characteristics that guarantee a high-accuracy, certified and custom made job. What we need to highlight is that we perform a full penetration welding for large thickness plates, as well as forged parts, all the processes are certified by third certification bodies and/or by the inspectors appointed by the customers, and also that all our welding works are subjected to NDEs according to the project specifications.
