When we talk about welding we mean submerged arc welding, i.e. SAW, longitudinal or circumferential, that we can perform on all the main materials for construction or pressure equipment.
The use of four submerged arches, rollers of different capacity, pre and post heating systems, execution according to WPS/PQR dedicated on projects, welding materials conforming to required standards: these are the characteristics that guarantee a high-accuracy, certified and custom made job. What we need to highlight is that we perform a full penetration welding for large thickness plates, as well as forged parts, all the processes are certified by third certification bodies and/or by the inspectors appointed by the customers, and also that all our welding works are subjected to NDEs according to the project specifications.
