Stainless steel
We calendering stainless steel from 3 to 160 mm. Medium thicknesses, large thicknesses, large sizes: each item has its own processing, each processing has its own department.
We do not work in a standard way. Each project is evaluated in detail: we choose the department, process and treatments best suited to the item to be made. The goal is always one, to deliver you a stainless part that conforms to specifications, undamaged in its characteristics.
Thicknesses from 3 to 50 mm. Environment dedicated exclusively to the processing of stainless steel. The 6-meter wide calender makes it possible to produce large-format elements in a single pass, without joints. We specialize in the production of 6-meter tubes, with dimensional and surface control on each piece. Dedicated white environment: no contact with carbon steels from start to finish.
Thicknesses from 8 to 160 mm. For structural and process applications on thick sheet metal. Contact with carbon is part of the process: therefore, each machining operation is completed with solution heat treatment, pickling and passivation, performed to preserve the metallurgical characteristics of the Inox and ensure compliance with design specifications.

On stainless steel, the choice of welding process is not a secondary technical issue.
Therefore we select the process according to thickness. Up to 12 mm we work with PAW and GTAW: precise thermal control, minimized thermally altered zone. Beyond that threshold we switch to GTAW for root pass and SAW for completion, with full compliance to design specifications.
Non-destructive testing
Each welded pipe can be checked before delivery: RX, UT, UT TofD, MT, PT. We choose the inspection according to the part and design specifications. No anomaly goes unnoticed.
